Access Storage - Port Whitby

I had an excellent experience at the Whitby shores location. The manager there was so nice and helped me tremendously both during move in and again at move out. The facility was nice and clean and I had no issues while using the unit. The price of the unit was very reasonable and the promotion of getting the first 4 weeks free made it even better. I would recommend this location to any one looking for long term or short term storage. Thanks again Marilyn for all you did to make the renting experience a great one!

I have had a storage unit for about a year. Everyone there was friendly staff was great and always asking if I needed anything. Great location. Great hours. My unit had a light I only used it a few times but it really helped us during our move and finding our home. Highly recommend I had a 10 x 8 I think. Good size for 2 peoples stuff.

Marilyn is wonderful to deal with! She contacted me to let me know I had an issue with my door and it’s been taken care of very quickly! I can’t thank her enough for taking care of my unit so quickly!!! Highly recommend this storage facility!!

Amazing experiences each time we come here. Marilynn is so fun and helpful and always a delight to speak to. She's been so helpful with setup and tips and tricks for keeping mice out of our unit and also by offering to help us move our stuff in.

Marilyn is such a wonderful lady with an incredible personality. She's really down to earth and very helpful. She is truly the definition of great customer service. Give that woman a pay raise!
