I had a fantastic experience at Access Storage. Lyndsey and Amanda were both amazing—super helpful and friendly. The units are very accessible, with plenty of carts available for easy shuttling of your belongings. While it's not 24-hour access, the 10:00 p.m. cutoff is still convenient and seems to be the standard among storage facilities. Overall, I highly recommend Access Storage for anyone looking for a reliable and accessible storage solution.

Fantastic bright and extremely clean units. Lindsay the storage advisor is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Access Storage Whitby to store your items!

Storage area outside units is clean as well as the units themselves. We have never had an issue with dealing with the staff. In particular Lindsay has been very helpful when we have needed assistance. The only downside is the cost is a bit higher than other facilities. Even with that we are happy with our unit and the fact that it is inside.

Excellent facility. Always clean. Always accessible. I never thought once my contents were in danger in the three years I had my stuff there. Highly recommended.
