Bluebird Self Storage - Whitby

I just started my storage journey with Bluebird and what a welcome! Lori at the front desk was extremely friendly and she knew every person that came in by name. That’s service with a smile. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to navigate. The drive up, heated, indoor loading bay is an awesome perk too, weather is no problem with this place.

Where do I begin! What an awesome storage facility! Clean, safe, easy to access but most of all the team at the front desk goes way above and beyond to accommodate. Our business has been up and down, post pandemic and they worked with us to get us the best size unit for our needs at the best rates possible. Empathy like that is not easy to come by these days and is greatly appreciated. A big thanks to Laurie and Allen. Highly recommended.

This review is way overdue. Laurie and Allen have gone over and beyond to accommodate our storage needs. They make you feel like family. They have a garage like area that is protected from the outside elements for loading and unloading. They keep the facility very clean, and we feel at ease leaving our belongings here. I highly recommend using this location for your storage needs.

This place is great. We had the pleasure of dealing with Allan when we rented a unit for a few months at a very competitive rate. He was fantastic, a wonderful advert for the company and this site in particular. So far no problems whatsoever, secure units, clean, well lit and maintained facility . Absolutely amazing. I’ve had my storage unit for years and recently tried out a different storage company for a few months and came right back to Bluebird storage. Any time there is an issue it’s dealt with quickly and hassle free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very well maintained and restrooms are always clean. They clean the exterior of the unit on a regular bases. I am very happy with the service I’ve received from blue bird storage.
