I can’t say enough about my Dymon storage experience, at both Oshawa and the new Whitby location! Danele Felthman is an incredible professional, always able to facilitate or find solutions for my clients’ needs. My clients have had great experiences with all staff, accessing their units and have remarked how clean, bright and different than other storage companies Dymon is. I would give 100 stars if I could! Highly recommended!!!

Alejandro, D, and Kobe came by to move our stuff yesterday. They were very efficient, super careful handling our furniture, and very respectful. I would absolutely recommend this place for moving your stuff to your storage unit.

My husband and I used the services of DYMON in Whitby. From our initial introduction to the company with Dennis P (sales) at the Toronto Home Show, to getting a tour with him at the Oshawa location. We were advised in what to consider for moving accessories along with the size of the storage unit based on an evaluation of our items. On moving day to the storage unit our items were packed up by both Logan and Nikki who were professional, tidy, and they ensured our items were properly packed up. We met back with this team for check-in where we reviewed the rental paperwork and instructed on the DYMON app to access our items by Aiden, Payal, and Leo.

So I took the day off work to move from one storage location in Whitby to the new Dymon Storage in Whitby. The movers were on time and were able to handle a large unit without any issues at all. When we got to Dymon there was an issue that came up and my unit was full of sheet metal from the from the construction currently being completed. Without hesitation Alejandro, Arv, Victor, and Simon all went above and beyond in volunteering to remove all the sheet metal that was blocking my unit and sweeped it up and still placed all my items in the order that I needed them without even thinking twice. They never once complained about doing the extra work, they started solving the problem before it became a bigger one to deal with. Thank you to them for taking the initiative in solving and not making my day off go to waste.
