Amazing experience from beginning to end. Employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent. They were flexible when we emptied our Cube early and wanted it picked up sooner. I loved the fact I didn't have to drive a truck. Overall, this service reduced stress and made our move so much easier. AND let's not forget that they are Canadian, eh! 10/10 would recommend

I was surprised at the quality of the storage container. It was clean, had quality floor material and the doors even had hold-open clips. Staff have been great to deal with as well. They were knowledgeable and friendly when we needed to deal with an extension. Overall a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Excellent, hassle free service. They drop off, you use it and call them for pick up when you are done! So easy and your goods are contained safely. However, the issue came with my final bills. My monthly billing date was Aug18 and paid was picked up Aug30 but no refund available. Then charged approx $100 for. pick up. Could they not have used that extra $$ they had in hand to cover pickup? Apparently not per company policy. Do they not understand that you cannot always know in advance when the pod will be empty???? Very disappointed with this aspect of our dealings with them!!

My units were delivered promptly and were perfectly placed at our build site. The entire ordering experience was smooth and professional. I will definitely rent Cubeit's again!
