Easy to book online and got a great price. Staff Jake was great to deal with. The facility is very clean and secure. Would like to see more carts available. Also be prepared to buy a cylinder lock from them for $20 as the Whitby location only uses this type of lock.

The facility seems clean as well, good security and cameras in place, great prices.

Great service from start to finish! Registering and accessing our clean storage unit was friendly, convenient and fully explained. The indoor space for unloading and loading was allowing for efficient work. Highly recommend SmartStop Self Help Storage!!

We recently needed a temporary storage, while our house purchase closed. The SmartStop facility at Brock Street and Taunton in Whitby was an excellent solution. The facility was very modern clean and secure. The loading and unloading bays were inside and so easy to access. The facility had lots of moving carts.
The on site staff were so helpful.
I would recommend this location to anyone. I would certainly use them again.
