SmartStop Self storage - Whitby

I decided to switch Smart Stop storage locations from Oshawa to Whitby due to the more competitive pricing. The facility is extremely clean and well laid out, even for being a brand new building. Minoli assisted me in checking out the new unit and showing me around the building with very friendly service. I would highly recommend speaking with her for any questions regarding the facility. Hopefully will be a long time customer.

Sonali was so helpful when we arrived there with minutes to closing time on a Saturday. She took the time to help us view a couple of units before assisting us to pick one to suit our needs. She was friendly and committed to doing a great job for her customers. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, which was spotless! Excellent Customer Service!

Sonali was friendly and informative she took me to look at the size of storage I was interested in renting let me know about various promotions and after I went home I booked online then returned the next morning where she assisted with final arrangements.
